Subject: [Michlib-l] Patron monopolizing an item

Hello Everyone,

We are experiencing a scenario where a patron is monopolize one of our Beyond Books (Library of Things) collection items. A family (two adult accounts) are checking out the Library’s headset back to back (one would return it and the other would check it out within the same day) Additionally, this included when we allowed the item to be placed on hold; the husband would place the hold as soon as he checked it out the wife would place it on hold. We’ve tried to take the hold option away but the continue to monopolize the item.
