Plymouth District Library is excited to announce that we are recruiting for a Full-Time Youth Librarian.  Starting salary range is $48,500 - $57,400.

We are looking for an energetic and community-oriented individual to provide library services to youth patrons and their families. Our ideal candidate will focus primarily on events, classes, and workshops for young people—both in the library and in the community—along with supporting our growing “Library of Things.”  We are open to considering non-MLIS candidates with comparable experience or those about to finish their degree.

Plymouth District Library is looking for a creative, experienced, organized candidate to join the library’s technology team, as a Part-Time Lab Assistant in our growing makerspace.  Starting wage is $17.31/hour.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, comfort with teaching one-on-one and with a crowd, as well as some experience in 3D printing, laser cutting, crafts, and/or basic electronics.  Prepare to get hands-on with a lot of fun projects!
