[Michlib-l] Parent & Children Cards

Hello Everyone, I am wondering if there are any libraries that can share their policies on blocking family members with excessive fines. If a child or parent owes too much, do you also block the rest of the family? If you do, how do you notify the staff (such as, with notes on everybody's account)?
