We were looking at Barking Dog, but switched last minute after seeing Lark Signs at a conference. We just finalized and submitted our order this month and are excited for the delivery and installation just in time for SRP. Thank you everyone for the tips! Hopefully the next story we put in will fare better once we take those extra weather-proofing steps.

We have very few issues with water entering our Barking Dog Exhibits frames. But because they are exposed to the elements, we take extra precautions. We laminate our story inserts and tape the edges of the plexiglass together to protect them in case water enters the frames. I have attached a picture for reference.

We used Barking Dog Exhibits in Covert Township, but the frames are terrible. They let a lot of water in!

Hah.. Sorry, Quick follow up.
We did end up installing permanent ones. I just noticed the video is from when we installed temporary ones.

Hello, Everyone:
We used Barking Dog Exhibits: https://bdexhibits.com/ We installed 25 stations. There are guidelines for how many feet should be between each sign; which we followed, but I don't remember the distance. There is an ideal range. Probably not more than half a mile. Buy extra acrylic sign covers.
Here is a story a local PBS station aired featuring our library with some in Indiana.

Hi everyone;
We are working with our city to install a permanent Story Walk in one of our local parks. If your library has been part of the installation of a Story Walk, I would love to get your recommendations.
We are looking at the kind that are installed on posts with displays that open to change stories.
1. What company did you use to purchase the Story Walk? 2. How many stations did you install? 3. How long was the walk that the Story Walk was installed at? 4. Any other recommendations, comments, etc. (The good, the bad, and the ugly!)
