If the item is found within 3 months and in good condition we will refund the money for the item but not the processing fee ($2 or $5.00). This information is on the Lost/Damaged form we give the patron.

We have a regular time period for withdrawal of Lost and Paid items, so when a patron pays for the item, staff will tell them they have x number of months to return it for a refund.
