Do you have a successful LEGO Club at your library but feel ready to be energized? Have you heard about LEGO Clubs but haven’t started one yet and want ideas? Does your library offer LEGO programming outside of a club format? Has your library moved beyond LEGO programming to additional STEM programs, and you are willing to share what is working for you?
Join us (bring your own lunch - WLC will provide the drinks) on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 12pm to 3pm at the Albion District Library for the inaugural meeting of the LEGO Programming Round Table. This new initiative is supported by Woodlands Library Cooperative and spearheaded by the fantastic staff at the Putnam District Library. At the meeting we will discuss club structures, funding and purchasing, marketing and club recruitment, and programming Ideas.
Please feel free to share with your regional contacts and invite non-WLC members - the more the merrier!
