[Michlib-l] Customer Service and Special Needs Suggestions

Hi All - I am looking for suggestions on someone to come into the library and do training on customer service - Also looking for someone who can give advice and training on working with special needs populations - including - special services, programs, and communication/customer service help for those who do need extra or specialized assistance - Thank you - Stacie Guzzo Romeo District Library
