[Michlib-l] OPAC help

I received a call from the library at one of our local elementary schools today about adding books to their OPAC. The staff member that has been on has never had to add books before and the other hasn't worked in the library in 9 years. The only information they could give me was that they run Safari on an HP machine. Any idea of somewhere or someone I could get them in contact with to help them be able to add books again?
