Introducing a New eResource
The MeL team is proud to announce a new Spanish language general health eResource to replace
Consumer Health Information in Spanish which was recently discontinued by EBSCO.
Salud en Español offers basic overviews of health conditions, procedures, and treatments for those seeking information in
Spanish.
Add Salud en Español
to your library’s website by using the web buttons available within the
Library Staff section of the Michigan eLibrary (MeL) site
found here. For those seeking the eResource on
www.mel.org, it can be found on the A-Z list under the letter “S” or within the
Public Library collection under Adults-Health or Adults-World Language Content. It has also been added to the
Educators portion of the website under All Resources for 9-12.
If you haven’t explored the wonderful health resources available through the Michigan eLibrary lately, take some time this week to learn more about what’s offered in English and other world languages.
