[Michlib-l] Public Survey; Library Usage

Hello Michigan Librarians, We are seeking to gain a broader understanding of our populace post-pandemic. Has anyone conducted a survey of their service area that was specifically tailored to those who *are not* already Library patrons? Did you have much success? How did you distribute it? What sorts of questions were you asking? I would appreciate any pointers/suggestions you would have, and would welcome any templates you would be willing to share. Thank you, Ross Wine
