Or maybe call a carpenter.  If the library can buy some lumber and has access to someone with woodworking equipment and skills, you might be able to build your own replica of a London police box, circa 1965.  Add a flashing light on top and some whooshing/grinding noises, and you're off to Gallifrey.

There are quite a few websites with discussions and plans.  See, for example, the "Tardis Workshop" forum at https://tardisbuilders.com/, or the free plans at https://woodworkingformeremortals.com/build-your-own-tardis/.

Hello everyone!

The Petoskey District Library is in need of a visit from a DeLorean or TARDIS for an all ages program this summer. If anyone has any leads, info, etc, please reply to me off-list.

Thank you,

Megan
