I am sorry to hear that the process of getting the UEI numbers has been difficult. The UEI Identification Numbers Overview on the LM site has basic instructions. For issues beyond these instructions, the Federal Service Desk has additional information including videos and FAQs.

I have been trying to register my library for a few days.  At first the issue was with Dun & Bradstreet, as they had the former name of our library in their system.  That was quickly changed to the current name but that change hasn't been reflected in SAM.  I have tried the chat box for help, but it clocks out if you don't respond in 1-3 minutes.  It is very frustrating as I was looking for the information they needed to help me and that's why it clocked out.  I have a ticket in with them but have heard nothing.  At this point, I think I have to clear my schedule to get this fixed.
