A Three-Part Series on Toxic Stress, Resilience and Workplace Culture

This three-part webinar series explores how toxic stress and trauma affect individuals and workplaces— and what organizations and employees can do to respond in healthier, more supportive ways.

Participants will learn how stress and trauma impact the brain and behavior at work, gain practical tools to build regulation and resilience for themselves and their colleagues and explore actionable frameworks for creating workplace cultures that reduce toxic stress and support mental wellbeing.

Toxic stress and trauma responses are normal automatic responses to the abnormal stressors many of us are feeling at home, work, economically and societally. This webinar highlighted the prevalence and impact of toxic stress and trauma. It covered the basics of the brain science of how toxic stress and trauma affect us at work, whether they are brought in from our personal lives or caused at work.

It also will review practices to support your colleagues and staff with co-regulation practices and collective care to create a healthier and more productive workplace culture for all.
