***Deadline Friday, November 6: https://libacad.sites.uofmhosting.net/***

I'm delighted to announce that the application period is open for the second cohort of the Next Level Leadership in Small and Rural Libraries project. This online project is designed to be an in-depth, long-term exploration into library leadership.

The program has four components:
A laptop and access to Google Drive are required. Participant expenses -- including acquisition of a laptop if you do not have one -- are covered with a $1000 professional growth stipend.

Space is limited to 20 participants who will be selected by application based on their application, geographical diversity, balance of class sizes, and experiences. Preference is given to library directors but is also open to department heads and assistant directors. Online applications are due online on Friday, November 6.

While you're there, click on the "Conference" tab to register for the 2019-2020 cohort's November 19 online conference: Leading Big in Small Spaces. It's free!

This project is made possible in part by the University of Michigan School of Information, the Library of Michigan, and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
Kristin
