SUMMARY
The part-time position will primarily provide reference desk coverage via face to face, phone, and email and perform other librarian duties as needed to support student learning and success. Part-time, 20 hours/week for spring 2023.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide face to face reference desk coverage, as well as via email, phone, or web conference.
- Library chat reference duties
- Create and update research guides on White Library LibGuide site
- Collection development duties as assigned
- Teach research skills and information literacy instruction as scheduled
- Assist cataloger with collection inventory
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- MLIS/MIS degree required ($20-22/hr). Will consider candidate currently in the aforementioned degree program ($15hr).
- Prior experience working in a library setting is preferred.
