Hello all,
Our meeting room policy is decades all, and has, for the most part, served us well. However, the spaces we have available and how people are using those spaces has changed quite a bit, including a surprising spike of some folks scheduling physical health checks at the library. I'm seeking samples from other libraries of their meeting room policies to see what we should consider addressing. It will be reviewed by our attorney before adoption, but samples would be very helpful in kicking off our discussions.
