If you are interested in attending the annual Basic E-rate Training this year mark your calendar for
Wednesday, June 18. The training a full day session at the Library of Michigan located in Lansing.
This training event is intended for public library staff with 3 years or less experience with E-rate. The training will be presented by Linda Schatz, President, EdTech Strategies, LLC and the ALA, Office
for Information Technology Policy’s expert e-rate consultant.
Participation is limited to staff from Michigan libraries. The class will cover the basics of E-rate for those with little familiarity with the program and for those who need a refresher on the
process.
Online registration will become available in the next few weeks and we will send notice on Michlib-l regarding the availability of the registration.
The cost for session is $30 per person.
