Clements Library discovered a previously unknown map of Detroit drawn in 1790, which contains details not represented in other plans for the city. Join us in the exploration of the map’s details in comparison to other known plans of pre-1800 Detroit. If you enjoy “sniffing out” and exploring Michigan’s most fascinating historical facets, join us for our evening series of in-depth lectures.
