We're looking to purchase the "TV-looking" screens for informational displays.  Are they TVs or special computer screens?  I would be displaying information about upcoming programs and library services.

I've seen them in other libraries, but now that it's time to get them, I don't know what to look for.  Can anyone give info on where and what to purchase?
