Hey all,

We have gotten a handful here in Howell following this exact pattern. I shared them with our IT guy before responding because the verbiage didn't feel natural and the email addresses looked weird/weren't familiar to me at all. Our IT did some investigation on one with an "outlookly.com" email domain and found that was some sort of mask. Our director shared some info from the TLN-DSLRT group that indicates these are basically sales pitches for talking signage disguised as requests for accessibility accommodations.
It's a neat idea, once I get myself past being rankled by the disingenuous presentation of the topic.

I keep getting these very similarly worded emails by different accounts and am thinking they might be spam but wanted to see if any other library are getting these? I responded to the first one without any response back. I want to take them seriously if they are not spam. Thanks for your suggestions!

I may want to stop by Bridgman Library at some point, so I wanted to send a quick note as a blind future visitor.

For me, an independent library visit would mean more than being welcomed inside. It would mean understanding the layout enough to find the main areas I need with dignity and confidence.

Could your team ever consider something that helps with that?
