[Michlib-l] Plant swap program guidance needed

We are looking to host a plant swap.im looking for advice from anyone who had hosted one. How do you not turn it into a free for all? Do you limit plants people can bring to swap? What if a person comes who has no plants But wants to get started via the swap? Length time? The good, the bad and the ugly. Let me know how it went. Also did you have a a gadget on hand to help with questions regarding the plants? Do you give them a half hr to browse and than swap?
