[Michlib-l] Cooking Books

Hello Everyone, We are working with a local cooking school to put together a book discussion group. The program will feature a discussion of a cooking book, followed by a cooking class and/or demonstration based on recipes in the book. I am curious as to whether anyone has ideas for good books to use for such a program. Any input is appreciated. Thanks, Brian R.
