Way back when, there were some great workshops from Michigan Museum Association and Michigan Historical Society for beginners in archival work.  I have some history majors who would be great in those classes and dip their toes into the archival side of librarianship.  Would there by chance be any interest in having some classes like this again?  In-person, preferably.
