In the case of recorded content those would be counted under Library Created Virtual Recorded Program Content Offered.

Hi. For those of us doing virtual programs for which you post a program and people may watch when it is convenient for them, how are you counting attendance? Do you count views? Do you count views of a certain time length? Must the
view be for the entire program? do you estimate audience age by the target audience?
So many questions.....
