Hello –

I am considering sharing a full-time teen services librarian with a neighboring library. We felt like if we had a full time position to post, we may be able to attract stronger candidates. The other library and I talked about the person being hired on by one entity and then the other contracting for services. Hoping someone out there has tried this type of model and would be willing to share their experiences – pros and cons; was there a contract or memo of understanding between libraries; what was in that document; any other tips.
