The FY2013/2014 Public Library Annual Report/State Aid Application is in its final week.  To be eligible to receive state aid please make sure to submit your Report by 11:59 PM on February 3^rd and mail in your Certification of Information pages with original signatures (postmarked on or before February 5^th).
