Public libraries have devised new ways of offering services using virtual platforms like Zoom, Facebook, and YouTube. What was inspired by a pandemic has persisted as an addition and creative way to engage a diverse
array of patrons - including those unable to physically get to the library. This session reviews legal implications to libraries of virtual programming, from copyright to privacy.
