Well join us for, "Healthy Summer, Healthy Goals!" presented by MSU Extension, Health and Nutrition Institute. The workshop is geared toward families with children looking to set healthy goals. Our topics include eating from the food groups, portion control, physical activity and goal setting. This workshop will be presented on zoom Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 2p. Let's get healthy together!
