This question is specifically for libraries who use Auto-Graphics VERSO with NICP and MeLCat.

In running my statistical reports in VERSO for January, I noticed under the statistical section usually reserved for MeLCat transactions a significantly abnormal "renewal" statistic for the month, and then traced it back to two dates: January 3rd (254 renewals in a collection normally at 0 for renewals) and January 22nd, a Sunday, (61 renewals in a collection normally at 0 for renewals and on a date we are closed).

I'm trying to trace this problem back to figure out which help desk to contact and whether this is a local problem or a system problem. If you are a VERSO NCIP library on MeLCat and could just let me know yes or no if you have noticed a statistical anomaly (particularly on those two dates), I would really appreciate it.
