This is the list I used in 2013.  We ended up using Library Strategies out of St. Paul, affiliated with the St. Paul Friends of the Library.  They had a very different approach than I had ever used previously, which I really liked.   This is their web page: http://librarystrategiesconsulting.org/       Connie

We’re nearing the end of the process working with the Facilitation Center at Eastern Kentucky University (http://facilitation.eku.edu/). They are doing an excellent job. They conducted focus groups and executive interviews with the campus community,  worked with our staff on a SWOT analysis, and helped us develop mission, vision, values, goals and now strategies and action plans. They aren’t library experts, but brought someone in to add library expertise to the consultation.
