[Michlib-l] Longevity Pay

I would like know if your library provides any type of longevity pay for staff. If you provide longevity pay what is based on? A specific number of years of service? Percentage of pay, or a flat amount? To full-time staff and/or part-time staff? Please respond to me off-list and I will compile the answers.
