KDL Uncorked: Ladies Nights
Grand Rapids, Mich.—Let’s face it, not all of us can be born into a life of
leisure. Most of the time we can’t get even an hour away from our responsibilities. However, we think you deserve a break from the norm to enjoy an evening of art, socializing, good food and good wine.
Kent District Library has just the event worth hiring a babysitter for. As part of our fall programming series,
we are offering KDL
Uncorked: Ladies Night—three opportunities for women to enjoy a fun get together and connect over art, food, and of course, wine.
Bring your girlfriends and join us to evaluate art, sip wine and socialize. For the art, we are presenting a
Reimagined Classics Book Cover Competition. Artists can submit their reimagined artworks
by Monday, September 26 by completing this form, then bringing their physical piece
to the KDL Service Center by Thursday, September 29 at noon. KDL Uncorked: Ladies Night attendees will vote for their favorites.
As for the wine and food, delicious wine tastings will be provided by
The Crushed Grape, known for their incredible selection of both local and international wines. You
will also find your new favorite pairings, thanks to chocolate and cheese tastings provided by
The Cheese Lady.
KDL Uncorked events are, of course, for adults only, ages 21 and older. Join us for one or more of these three free
Ladies Night events:
