Happy Friday! Sharing for those of you interested in creating or caring for digital collections.

Join NEDCC (North East Document Conservation Center) on June 27-29 for a comprehensive overview of digital preservation, presented by information professionals with deep experience in the preservation of cultural heritage materials. During three half-days of live, interactive, online training, you will learn about good practices and practical strategies for creating and managing digital collections, and you’ll gain confidence in decision-making for the preservation of your digital assets. Visit the conference page for more details.

Registration costs $250 and closes on June 1, but is limited to 125 participants. You can explore scholarship options on the registration page or take advantage of the Library of Michigan's Continuing Education Stipend program that could be used to assist with the costs of the conference.
