Based on the number of replies I’ve gotten to my Fax24 question, I must say that my assessment of Fax24’s customer service, based on feedback from more than one other staff member, seems to have been way off base.  Everyone else has said that they’ve had very good customer service with Fax24.  I apologize to MichLib_L subscribers and to Fax24 itself for suggesting otherwise.
