Munson Medical Center is using Past Perfect to digitize archival material related to the hospital’s history.  We are not using the internet accessible aspect at this time.  Our collection is primarily documents, but this  allows the documents to be accessed without physical contact with the papers, etc.  It has a relatively intuitive format which is easily adapted to by anyone with experience in library cataloging.  Our local Traverse City History Center also uses this program and has been able to make them accessible to the public. The affordability factor is another positive with Past Perfect.
