For public libraries, when you issue a new library card or renew an account, for what period is it considered active before it expires/goes inactive? One year? Two years? More?

What period, if any, do you use for expired patron account maintenance? Ex: Purge all accounts expired for more than two years vs. purge all accounts expired at the time the report runs.

How often do you perform expired patron account maintenance? Annually, more frequently, or less frequently?
