[Michlib-l] 1000 books before Kindergarten - How does your library promote?

Hello Libraryland, We are looking at streamlining our paperwork and overall process for 1KB4K and I was wondering what the rest of libraryland has done for their programs! We'd love to have the paperwork be minimal. Do you keep track of titles (so you don't duplicate) and if so/how so? Rewards? A big event for the families? I'd love to hear all your ideas and stories about your experiences with the program!
