Colleagues and Friends:

Oxford Public Library failed to pass a Headlee Override (.4518 mills for a period of 10 years).  This was our second attempt in three years for a similar request, both of which were unsuccessful.  The results were:

2,213 No

1,743 Yes

This was a dangerous and slippery directive from our public to live off the Fund Balance.
