Hello there,

We are currently developing our Library of Things collection here at APL and we have been able to get a lot of great advice from asking about your experiences with building these collections up at your institutions.

The last time we asked, the big question was wondering what items had great circulations and positive feedback from your communities. This time around, we are wondering what items you DON'T like having due to inconvenience of checkout, poor quality control when items are checked back in (things returning dirty, parts missing, etc.), or other things with factors that might be overlooked when initially considering an item to be added.

So, for those with Library of Things collections, is there anything you regret adding? Anything you would caution against? Thank you in advance, you have all been so helpful during this process!
