Hello Great Brain! We want to upgrade from our old analog phone system to a new voip system. There are a lot of factors to consider. Would you, please, answer a few questions about your own voip systems? 1. Do you have a phone system that is easy to use and affordable? What is it and who is the provider? 2. How do you handle it when the internet goes down and your phones are likewise not available? 3. Are there any features to your system that are innovative and essential? Anything you think everybody would be thrilled to have? 4. Are there any concerns that I should be aware of? Any gotcha's you have dealt with?
