Governments, businesses, and a variety of other organizations produce annual reports that describe the activities of the entities throughout the preceding year. These reports provide vital information for genealogical researchers when investigating the greater
context of the lives of their ancestors. Learn more about these useful documents and see examples from the collections of the Library of Michigan.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out so far to contribute to the Library of Michigan's Yearbook Collection project. Libraries, historical
organizations, and individuals from all over the state have contacted the Library of Michigan will donations. An additional thank you goes to the news organizations that have spotlighted the initiative. News outlets that have showcased the project so far include:

far. There may be a short delay due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but Library staff will respond to them as soon as possible. Find more information about the project at
