[Michlib-l] Chef Presenter Suggestion

This summer the Shelby Township Library is following the Off the Beaten Path theme from iRead. I'd like to offer a program that's "Off the Beaten (Culinary) Path" that would offer ideas to make meals more interesting, share some food pairings that are unusual, that kind of thing. If you know of a great presenter within a reasonable distance of Macomb County (or willing to travel) can you share the name and contact information? Thanks!
