At Grant Area District Library we allow 1 claims returned/ never had material in a lifetime. Right now we will not question a patron from adding more claims returned items if they have made 3 or less previous claims. Also, we currently keep track of Claims Returned/Claims Never Had items on the patron’s record for 3 years. We are thinking of reducing this time to two years instead of three.
