Has an library had a Chili Cook-Off event at their library?  Not hosting an event elsewhere but at their library?  How did it go?  I am thinking it would be an awesome event if the chili was prepared off the premises and brought in a crockpot, that way there would not be an health department requirements.  Anyone have any thoughts or have done such an event?  Thanks!  It's a cold day today, perfect for thinking up warm events.  :)
