We offer paid vacation time off, paid sick time, 6 paid personal days, and paid holidays for all permanent employees, full and part time, regardless of hours. Full-time staff (30 hours+) get health insurance, which includes vision and dental + ortho), life insurance, and enrollment in MERS. We also have employees in some retirement fund programs and AFLAC, which they pay separately. The only staff that doesn’t qualify are our subs.

I am needing some information in regards to healthcare benefits or any other benefits your libraries offer you or your staff. Also if benefits are reserved for full time staff only. Currently, we are not offered anything other than PTO at our library. I am in the process of working with my Board to make some changes and would appreciate any input!
