You might try the Salvation Army.  I'm currently serving as the Book Sale Chair for the Friends of the West Bloomfield Township Public Library.  We couldn't give them away during our spring sale (although they sold in a new location at our fall sale).  The Salvation Army was the one place we found which would accept audio books on CD.

We have withdrawn a fair number of audiobooks and while they are currently in Friends sale, they are not exactly flying off the shelves.   We've given a few to our senior center as they have accepted some large print withdrawals, but they're not in a position to take a bulk offering.  Better World Books won't accept them.  Does anyone have suggestions on other places that might welcome receiving some of them?

Thanks!

Barbara
