Phil Mayor, Senior Staff Attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan, will introduce the role the Michigan Supreme Court plays in state government, and discuss recent important civil rights-related cases the court has decided in the past year
and their potential impact on Michiganders. He will also introduce new cases that might come up in the year ahead, and provide insights on how to track the progress of these cases.
