Attached is a summary of the Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) from the FCC regarding E-rate. The American Library Association’s Office for Information Technology Policy (OITP) is working to make sure libraries are well represented in this re-consideration of E-rate. If you have comments, you can send them to ALA-OITP or to us here at the Library of Michigan to submit on your behalf.
