Good morning: I have a few questions regarding branch libraries and budgets. If you have a branch, does your branch create their own individual budget, and then that is plugged into the main budget for the library system? Is a specific percentage of your total budget for your branch? When you first opened your branch, what determined the hours of operation to start? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
