In both libraries where I've worked the administrative assistant, aka recording secretary, takes the minutes.

Our board secretary takes them, however she has asked that a staff person take over, however the rest of the board are opposed to this.

Happy Wednesday!

To all of the Directors...who takes minutes at your Board meetings? Does
the Board secretary take the minutes or do you have an employee take the
minutes?

Thank you for your responses,
